Refund Policy
Last updated: May 24, 2026
We want you to feel confident about subscribing to AceTCF. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. 7-day refund window for new subscribers
If you subscribe to a paid plan and decide it’s not for you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge, provided you have not made heavy use of the paid features (specifically, fewer than 50 questions answered in the full question bank during the paid period). The free trial period does not count toward this 7-day window.
2. Renewal charges
Renewal charges (the second and subsequent billing cycles) are not refundable. To avoid being charged for an upcoming cycle, cancel your subscription before the renewal date from the billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then.
3. Trial period
The 3-day free trial is free and does not involve a charge, so there is nothing to refund. If you were charged immediately after signing up, that is a paid subscription — the 7-day refund window above applies.
4. Exceptions
We will consider refunds outside the 7-day window in cases of:
- Duplicate charges from a technical error.
- Service outages that materially affected your access.
- Unauthorized charges (we will work with Stripe and you to investigate).
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the same email address you used to subscribe. Please include:
- The plan you purchased (Core monthly / quarterly / annual).
- The approximate date of charge.
- A brief reason for the refund request.
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer or bank. You will receive a Stripe email confirmation when the refund is issued.
7. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank before contacting us, we cannot guarantee a faster resolution and we may be required to suspend your account during the dispute. Please email us first.

Note: this is a starting-point refund policy. Adjust the refund window and exceptions to fit your business model and local consumer-protection laws, and have it reviewed by counsel.
